Remember saying something about my previous post?
As long as it’s just some random person saying “I have learned exclusivelyâ€, I wouldn’t put too much trust in that.
Well…
news for you, or,
We’ve got verification.
TIMES TWO.
Fuck it, TIMES THREE.
You all…
have been SOLD.
Time to break out the backup tools, and do it right.

…or is LiveJournal truly messed up right now?
I can’t read anything cut, or get to the comment form on any of you all.
It’s irritating, really.
* Xial posts, and slaps the PingOMatic RPC to let it know.

Well,
mousran, I’m getting further with your story, provided I can sit down and work on it. I’m shooting people who think I’m that popular, right now, and can hardly be located on the most popular of messaging services.
quoting_mungo, email me when you get a chance, hon. I know you’re into a really busy phase of this year, but I’d like to hear from you.
iatro, email me when you get a chance, as well. Just to say hi, and stuff.
I’m off to work on something or other. Later.

Updating a lot lately from WordPress CVS and nightly dumps;
Got an LJ importer that’s far from complete;
Need to hack on said importer and expand it;
BUSTED RSS FEEDS with an entry somewhere – Went and butchered the ones Livejournal complained about (for once, their aggregator wants to be strict…);
Had 400 mg of Guarana on the way to work today;
Have yet to watch Junkman;
Need to update this template and the Amazon Media Manager hack;
Gotta talk to photomatt about plugins system for WordPress.
The end.

Okay, now that WordPress has a native Livejournal entry importer (which uses the exported files from lj-dot-com) in beta, I’ve gone back, and started importing all my old entries.
The question is, will this flood the hell out of you all, or will LiveJournal reject the incoming flood of posts that are from the past?
If it floods you, I apologize now, but it’s the only way I can import the entries, short of learning how to manipulate the database by hand, then shutting off my feed for a week or three.
