I was reading this blog entry, which I found via Encyclopædia Dramatica.
The gist of the post, boiled down to a sentence is:
“If you’ve got a cock, you’re a fucking rapist.”
Let me pluck a few of my favorites from the list:
43. If she’s a stripper and she says “No” then you’re a rapist. Likewise, if she’s a stripper and she’s been rubbing against your dick all night long and you follow her to her car and have sex with her against her will then you are ALSO a rapist.
Rrrreally now?
Yes, we would be rapists in this case, but it would be a case of encouraged behaviour.
You don’t rub yourself against a guy’s dick intently like that without meaning. Rape our wallet, perhaps? “Oh, you’re so hot, here’s another $20, baby.”
Two way street, please.
31. If you penetrate her anally, orally or digitally against her will then YOU my friend, are ALSO a rapist.
Then DON’T WEAR SHIT LIKE THIS, especially if you do not intend the text on the garment to hold any meaning!
It also gets my briefs in a bunch when women complain about guys who are staring at their tits or ass, when they’re usually the ones wearing something with a long message on their asses or their chests. In a perfect world, people would be content to wear shirts and pants without messages, especially suggestive ones (ie: “Delicious”, “Eat me”, or my favorite, “ass RAPE me”) on areas they consider private.
After all, I’ve never seen a male run around with a pair of pants that have arrows drawn to their cocks, with the text, “SUCK IT!” written on them.
46. If you don’t believe a woman when she says she was raped then you’re encouraging rape.
After seeing a list like this, it makes it a little hard to believe.
P.S. “Almost Raped” DOES NOT COUNT.
51. Do not get frustrated with a woman if she doesn’t trust you. SHE already knows that rapists don’t wear signs on their foreheads. Something you think is innocuous SHE may find terrifying.
This I can agree with. Sometimes a subconscious habit can spook a person. I used to chew on my thumbs when studying. My French teacher would flip out every time I did this, and at first, I didn’t understand. She explained that it was roughly the same as me flipping another American off.
I had to stop chewing.
For the most part, though, this list is full of shit.
Nice to know I’m a rapist for just wanting to be with a woman, eh?

The key phrase here is “AGAINST HER WILL”
While I think some things go a little over board…I think it’s important to state that going against one’s will is a crucial piece of that sentence, regardless of what she is wearing…even if it’s nothing at all.

Deb, while you’re right on that, I think what it was that agitates me is just how overboard this person is on their exuberance (it almost borders on Irrational Exuberance!…). It makes bad guys seem like absolute trash, and it makes nice guys (surprisingly, I’d like to hope I am one — I’m absolutely frightened around women, when it comes to things that are sexual, and will generally avoid the situation if I can) seem like, well… shit.
Also, what does agitate me happens to be clothing like I’ve mentioned. It’s uncalled for to be wearing a shirt that states, “Ass Rape Me!” or “fuckable” or “nice ass” or whatever the cool kids are wearing these days (I fail to mention just how uncomfortable I am in seeing women wearing shirts and shorts like this, and actually find it improper (don’t pinch yourself and ask if I’m gay — I’m not :D) to have some sort of slogan plastered across one’s rear end).
*shrug* Doesn’t matter, though, since I’m male and all. :3
