Back pains…

So, back before I left Albertson’s, I managed to hurt my back, helping a customer.

I’m supposed to be starting [tag]physical therapy[/tag] soon, and hopefully be able to get rid of this ball of pressure that’s starting to drive me up the wall. I can’t sit up, or stand up, for too long, because it makes my lower back hurt like mad. I’ve described the pain to a few friends who all seem to think it may be a slipped disc.

All I know is, the painkillers aren’t helping it when I try to do daily activities. Even driving is becoming painful and irritating.

Ugh. This year’s already off on a bad foot.
