I find out I have arthritis in my left hip, which explains why it felt good as long as I kept it warm under the blanket, but became a pain (pun intended) when I wanted to work.
Some of my friends on IRC joked about starting a fund to get me a cane. :p
My left arm’s status is still undetermined, and it is recommended that I go visit an orthopaedist to have the arm and shoulder area looked at. It may be a pinched nerve.
My video card appears to be the culprit in my system failures recently. It’s currently being replaced by an older than sin nVidia TNT2 32 MB card. This means, no games to relax with after work, because the card doesn’t do DirectX. At all.
I was hired, and terminated, by my new job in the same week. Turns out that my current job and the new job’s hours interfere with each other far too much, since I can’t get my current job to respect my availability. It’ll be okay, though. I found paper copies of my resume, and I can take those with me tomorrow to Randstad, to see what they have available for me to work on my days off.
I tried to eat a habanero pepper while at work one day. I got about half way into the pepper when it set me on fire. Never again, unless someone pays me to do it.
It was funny that my lips and tongue began to go numb from the sheer amount of capsaicin smeared over them.
