That was my lunch earlier today at work, as it was being prepared. It’s sort of unusual now to prepare one’s lunch at work, what with all the fast fooderies, etc etc, but I enjoy slowing down, and preparing it.

It’s hard to get a second job when your schedule’s all over the board.
However, I need a second job.
I know I’m going to be short on my share of the house bills this month, but I don’t know how much I’ll be short by.
I’m going in today, to have a talk with my boss’s boss, since she won’t adhere to my availability. My availability shoots down Sundays and Mondays. She scheduled me for a Sunday. Again. After I told her when she started that I do not want to be the one who works Sundays.
I told her that I’d like to go back to church one of these days.
I’ve had several people — several of my customers — invite me to their church.
I’d like to at least show them some respect, and make an appearance.
They were decent about it. They didn’t say, “You have to come to our church, or you’re going to HELL!!!!!!1″.
They simply said that they hoped to see me in their church one of these Sundays.
That’s why I’m considering it.
Who knows? It may give me the few extra points I need in guidance.
However, the powers that be compel me to go in to work today, and not back down. Not even if it costs me this job.
Guns up, ladies. Let’s rock.
Just for reference’s sake, the short posts that appear now and then are me blogging from my phone.
Although it’s T9 capable, it’s still a bit annoying to type using the phone’s keypad.
Also, text fields in Opera seem to be limited to a maximum of 400 characters, so I am working under a limit.
Coming soon: mobile blogging.
Gotta do something with that phone’s camera, right?
