I’m doing well.
I’m down from 335-340 pounds to an even 320 pounds. So far, my eating lifestyle refocus is doing me a huge favor.
It couldn’t have come at a better time, either, because the extra weight was taking its toll on my left knee, since I do squat a lot at work.
Unfortunately, my eating habits are a bit more expensive than before – you pay so little for junk, and you pay out the nose for healthy alternatives.
Also, I will be moving in the next two months or less — depends severely on what offers we can find here in South Tampa. Trying to keep it under $115,000 for as many bedrooms as possible.
Good luck on that, right-o.
It’s gonna be kinda sad, though — moving from the place I grew up in for damn near 24 years, just before my birthday.
It’s all for the best, though.

Congratulations on losing the weight. It is not easy and you are doing great. Keep up the good work, don’t let little set backs stop your efforts. Any time I have a gain, I just look at where I am now and where I was this time last year. Good luck and God Bless.
