Okay. I know that we’re all sick of speaking to machines that often don’t even understand our accents.
This is why I present to you today, the IVR Cheat Sheet. I’m sure that most of us could definitely use this, and want to skip all the circular run-around that these voice driven or keypad-driven systems give us. Take this, and take advantage. Enjoy.

Hah. Don’t need this in Canada… I’ve seen one or two implementations, and they usually get so many complaints that they mysteriously vanish
