First, the most important part here:
I’m trying out the Blacklist Peering Plugin for WordPress.
However, after having gone back over older comments with the retrospam function, I did notice that it tagged 30 comments that are not spam as suspected spam.
Commenters beware: I may have to manually approve your comment.
I, therefore, need to also go through and manually check that list, since there’re some things that should’ve not been in that list, but since I’m *sharing* my list with someone that is not me…
The second part:
I figured out how to revive my old theme from the older WordPress days, and I feel stupid for not doing it earlier. The fix made itself very known to me once the default theme was changed by Matt and company to Kubrick.
Copy *.php from wp-classic to seabird, and all was well.
Now all I have to do is figure out a way to have my archives in a dropdown list, but not have a visible submit button. I’ll prolly rip it out of vBulletin or off a9. ![]()
